Privacy Policy

Personal information

I collect only the information I need to provide a coaching service to you. This includes your name, phone number, email address, and home address. At times, with your consent, I may collect other data that is relevant to your coaching, if necessary.

I will use the information collected solely to deliver you with a coaching service and to communicate with you in relation to this service. With your consent, your details will also be recorded on my log of coaching hours for the purposes of ongoing accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and they may contact you for verification.

Length of time information is stored

I will keep your details while I have an active coaching relationship with you, and for three years after the date of our last encounter. Following this, electronic and hard copy data will be deleted or destroyed.

Sharing information

I will not share your information with anyone without your consent unless compelled to by law.

Security of information

I do my best to keep your private information secure and safe. Your information is stored in a password protected drive, and any hard copies are securely stored. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and data leaks and malicious attacks do happen. Please understand that while I do my best to protect your data, I cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. Providing your personal information to me is at your own risk.

Ability to decline

You can decline to disclose your personal information however the failure to provide the information that is relevant to your coaching relationship with me may limit or prevent the service I am able to provide to you.

Policy update

This policy is effective as of February 2026. If this policy is updated, all current clients will be notified of the update and provided with a copy of the updated policy. Once updated, the new policy is effective immediately.
